Went to visit Ontario's art gallery, famous for Henry Moore's Work of sculptures. I saw the cutest ever looking bowling earrings that costs 20 CAD. there were really cool architectural design structures made by artists. MUmmy would like those models. Abstract paintings, Modern Art. Pretty cool stuff!
Visited Ontario's Bata Shoe Museum! It's not the usual Bata Shoe that you think. It's a museum that showcases different kinds of shoes from places all over the world, from various periods of history, shoes worn by celebrities, shoes worn by BARBIE and KEN! the glass slippers of cinderella, shoes made for giants, shoes made for china ladies with bound feet, designer shoes, shoes made just for art!
After visiting the Bata shoes museum, myself and Lee Lin decided to eat at Joon's Place this restaurant at Korean Town which was recommended by a friend. yummy food. Spent abt 8CAD each. A hearty dinner! After dinner, myself and Leelin was lucky to be able to catch a arty farty long film called 'Deadpan Valentine'. This long films are directed by professionals out of passion, they are not those blockbusters movie, but I liked the films, they are so different fromt the usual, the animation, the plot, the twists. Anw, we were rather pleased with ourselves last night cos we watched the film for FREE where it was usually charged at 8-12CAD for each film. I have watched a couple short films/long films/standup comedies in my short stint here. Enjoyed everyone of them! a lot!
