"Tak Giu" (15mins, Singlish/with English subtitles) is an indie film which follows the journey of 3 soccer-crazy boys. Having taken up the challenge of a friendly soccer match, the boys realise that it is not easy to find a good, free public soccer field in Singapore…..if there’s any at all. Through their journey they encounter obnoxious care-takers, locked-up fences, deterring weather and a persistent policeman. Will they be able to find their dream soccer pitch?
The story explores the issues of soccer amenities, and the attitudes of Singaporeans towards local and foreign soccer.

heys guys, This film was produced by 3 singaporean teenagers and i thought it was really quite innovative! Localised product but still well-filmed nevertheless! It's really quite funny! Though I was never a soccer fan, but it still reminded me of the days when I was looking for a basketball court to play basketball or netball with my neighbours in pri/secondary days and constantly kena bullied/chased by the bigger boys. Go watch it. There are some parts that I don't really understand but I guess the guys/soccer fans would, haha.. so go have a look! It's funny! cheers!
